Willie is the Founding Director of Westmoreland Homes. Originally from Barbados, he has helped shape the building industry in the north, originally as a property developer then moving into the home building industry for the best part of the last 10 years. From a young age, Willie has been diving and exploring the world from 20ft underwater. He is a proud father and husband and employer to a lot of families in the Rodney and Kaipara Regions.
